After purchasing Henderson’s Fine Foods in 2006, Harald George identified a few key business systems within the operation that he wanted to change – high on the list was a new payroll programme that would support the structure of the company, and its future growth.
Established in 1990, Henderson’s Fine Foods specialise in the production and supply of bacon and ham which is free of chemicals, preservatives, artificial colour, and added water. Their set up is not complicated, however Harald did have some specific payroll requirements that meant that whichever option they chose, it needed to be fast, provide traceability, and cost effective.
After evaluating several options – and deciding on his level of involvement, Harald chose Crystal Payroll.
