We have been using Crystal Payroll for around four months now, and I must say that it has been a splendid experience so far! The software is cloud-based and works in a very seamless and fluid way. It has a wide palate of features and they are designed to suit our intuitive requirements.
As a product, it is leagues ahead of other software systems. It makes for a very, very eco-friendly process too; the amount of printing and manual work that we have to do has been significantly reduced.
Moreover, I also believe that the real strength behind Crystal Payroll lies in the fact that it is supported by an excellent customer service team. One such instance is our experience with Steve. Since it was a new software for us, it took us a while to get used to its various contours and Steve was there every single step of the way – never more than a minute’s time delay, either by email or by text, and always came back with more than what we had asked for. I remember this time we had asked him whether he had any ideas regarding the best clock-in systems for this software and, in a very short while, he got back to us with not only the names of different systems, but their quotations and their pros and cons.
It’s been absolutely great working with Crystal Payroll as a whole – the software and Steve especially, and we have absolutely no qualms whatsoever in recommending Crystal as a payroll system to everybody else.
