Business Development Manager - Full time ($70,000 - $100,000 per year)

Crystal Payroll is a Kiwi-owned and operated payroll software and services company based in Auckland, North Shore. As a leading payroll provider, we serve thousands of companies across New Zealand, in every industry and of every size. Our products and services are essential to our clients, who require high-quality support, total clarity, and excellent results. With over 15 years of consistent growth, we are now looking to expand our company, and provide an opportunity for a stable, challenging, and rewarding career.

Specifically, we are currently looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing Sales team as a Business Development Manager. This role will mainly be responsible for handling inbound direct sales inquiries, and actively prospecting for new clients.

In general, all Crystal Payroll employees must possess the following attributes:

  • Handling inquiries relating to sales, on-boarding, and support.
  • Screening qualified inbound sales inquiries and demo requests.
  • Preparing proposals, setting up trial accounts, and conducting demoes for potential clients.
  • Coordinating and scheduling trainings, demos, and any other sales meetings or events.
  • Maintaining the CRM and ensuring the accuracy of its records.

This role is available for either full-time or part-time (Monday to Wednesday).

Specifically, we are currently looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing Bureau team as an Accounts and Payroll Administrator. This role will mainly be responsible for providing payroll administration services for our Bureau clients, which involve timesheet processing, understanding payroll legislation, communication and support, and reporting/documentation.

  • A willingness to learn and the ability to teach others
