Terms and Conditions
  1. Every month, one (1) winner will receive a Crystal Payroll subscription up to a value of NZD$500 for one year (“Prize”). The Prize covers the subscription fees up to $500 and excludes administration fees such as history data transfer and training. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
  2. Prize commencement and its services will be coordinated directly with the winner via the contact details they provided during entry to the giveaway.
  3. Entries close promptly at 11:59pm NZST on the last day of each month. No late entries will be accepted.
  4. Each monthly winner will be personally contacted via the email address provided during entry shortly after their respective draw. All winners will be collectively announced on the Crystal Payroll News page after the entire duration of the event has concluded.
  5. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified from the draw. Limit of one entry per person; duplicate entries from the same individual will be discarded.
  6. By entering, you agree to the possibility of your name and photo being published as a competition winner within a future edition of Crystal News (our email newsletter), on our website, or on our social media platforms.
  7. This giveaway is open to both currently active and non currently active customers.
  8. In the event that a winner is deemed ineligible or unable to accept the prize, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected in their place.
  9. Entrants of the giveaway must be 18 years of age or over and may be asked to provide proof of age. By entering the competition, participants affirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.
  10. Crystal Payroll Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
  11. Any personal information collected during the course of this giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway or as required by law.
  12. All decisions by Crystal Payroll Ltd. concerning this giveaway are final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.

    Terms and Conditions
    • Prize Details: Ten (10) individual winners will each receive a NZD$200 Prezzy Card. The Prize will be delivered in the form of a physical card sent to the address provided by the entrant . The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
    • Prize Delivery: Once winners have been selected, each winner will be personally contacted via the email address provided during the survey completion. We will request their postal address to facilitate the delivery of the Prezzy Card. It is the responsibility of the winners to provide accurate contact and address details. Failure to respond within a stipulated time frame may result in forfeiture of the prize.
    • Entry Period: Entries close promptly at 11:59 pm NZST on Friday, 24th November 2023. No late entries will be accepted.
    • Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen through a random drawing from all eligible survey completions and will be announced on the Crystal Payroll News page and Crystal Payroll social media platforms. Each winner will also be personally contacted via the email address provided during the survey.
    • Entry Conditions: Incomplete or inaccurate survey completions will be disqualified from the draw. Limit of one entry per person; duplicate entries from the same individual will be discarded. By completing the survey, you consent to the potential publication of your name as a giveaway winner on our website, in our email newsletter, or on our social media platforms.

The entrant’s name must be registered/employed and found within our system under their associated company’s name. Entrants who cannot be verified in our system will not be eligible for this giveaway.
