Five (5) individual winners will each receive a NZD$200 Restaurant Association of New Zealand Gift Voucher in the form of an eVoucher (“Prize”). The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable. Prize delivery will be sent to the email address the entrant provided during entry to the giveaway. Entries close promptly at 12:00pm NZST on Sunday, 16th July 2023. No late entries will be accepted.
Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries and will be announced on the Crystal Payroll News page. Each winner will also be personally contacted via the email address provided during entry.
Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified from the draw. Limit of one entry per person; duplicate entries from the same individual will be discarded. By entering, you agree to the possibility of your name and photo being published as a competition winner within a future edition of Crystal News (our email newsletter), on our website, or on our social media platforms.
This giveaway is ONLY open to currently active customers, their employees, and partners of Crystal Payroll Ltd. (“Eligible Participants”). Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Crystal Payroll Ltd., its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the immediate family members (spouse, siblings, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren, and spouses of the foregoing, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, contractors, directors, and officers are not eligible to participate.
Entrants of the giveaway must be 18 years of age or over and must provide proof of age if requested. By entering the competition, participants affirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.
Crystal Payroll Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
Any personal information collected during the course of this giveaway will be used for the purposes of this competition only and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway or as required by law.
