Advisor Certification Programme

Begin by registering for the Advisors Certification Programme through a preliminary survey. Upon successful registration, you will receive an email specifying the date and time for the inaugural module.

After completing each module, you will be provided with a link to access the subsequent module. Additionally, there will be an optional follow-up survey to gather your feedback on the content and delivery of the preceding module.

Once all three modules are successfully attended, you will officially become a Crystal Payroll certified advisor. You will receive a personalised certificate and a digital badge to display your certified status.

This module will be covering the third party systems that Crystal Payroll integrates with. It will include the setup process and best practices to ensure seamless operation. Mastery of these integrations optimizes efficiency and streamlines the payroll process.

These integrations include: 

• Banking Facilities:
  • Facilitating bulk payments to staff, eliminating manual transactions.
• Time and Attendance:
  • Direct timesheet imports into Crystal to reduce manual data entry.
• Accounting:
  • Seamless data transfer from Crystal to accounting systems for effortless reconciliation.

The second module will include a dive into the very complex functionalities of our system. You’ll learn when and how to utilize these features, ensuring you harness the full potential of Crystal Payroll.

1. Input History 
2. Spreadsheet Timesheet Import
3. Overtime Settings
4. Payroll Checks

The final module focuses on effective problem-solving strategies for system-related issues. This equips you to address client queries about both the system and related legislation. While you’ll gain substantial autonomy, remember that Crystal Payroll’s support is always available – this module will also show you all the methods you can refer to ensure all your payroll questions get answered.
