The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) will temporarily shut down its services from 5pm on Friday, 25 October 2024 until 8am on Tuesday, 29 October 2024. This Labour Weekend shutdown is to update their tax and social policy systems.

During this time, you won’t be able to access IRD services, including myIR, filing PAYE, or making any tax payments. However, since this is a planned outage, you won’t face any penalties if your payday filing is due during this time and you’re unable to submit it because of the outage.

Crystal Payroll users can continue to process payroll, but submissions to IRD will need to wait until services are restored.
