- Every month, one (1) winner will receive a Crystal Payroll subscription up to a value of NZD$500 for one year (“Prize”). The Prize covers the subscription fees up to $500 and excludes administration fees such as history data transfer and training. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
- Prize commencement and its services will be coordinated directly with the winner via the contact details they provided during entry to the giveaway.
- Entries close promptly at 11:59pm NZST on the last day of each month. No late entries will be accepted.
- Each monthly winner will be personally contacted via the email address provided during entry shortly after their respective draw. All winners will be collectively announced on the Crystal Payroll News page after the entire duration of the event has concluded.
- Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified from the draw. Limit of one entry per person; duplicate entries from the same individual will be discarded.
- By entering, you agree to the possibility of your name and photo being published as a competition winner within a future edition of Crystal News (our email newsletter), on our website, or on our social media platforms.
- This giveaway is open to both currently active and non currently active customers.
- In the event that a winner is deemed ineligible or unable to accept the prize, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected in their place.
- Entrants of the giveaway must be 18 years of age or over and may be asked to provide proof of age. By entering the competition, participants affirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.
- Crystal Payroll Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Any personal information collected during the course of this giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway or as required by law.
- All decisions by Crystal Payroll Ltd. concerning this giveaway are final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.
Crystal Payroll's 20th Anniversary Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Prize Details:
20 winners across four weeks will each receive a prize. Prizes include the BIG Birthday Luxury Gift Box, Crystal Birthday Boxes, and other curated gifts. Prizes are randomly assigned, not redeemable for cash, not exchangeable and non-transferable. Graphics used in relation to the giveaway are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately depict the actual prize. -
Prize Delivery:
Winners will be contacted via DM on Facebook. Each winner must confirm their business name to verify eligibility and provide delivery details within 2 business days or the prize may be forfeited and a new winner selected. - Delivery Limitations:
Prizes cannot be sent to PO Boxes. Rural deliveries may face delays. A valid physical delivery address must be provided by the winner. Crystal Payroll is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information or where a secure delivery point has not been supplied. By entering, participants acknowledge and accept these delivery limitations. -
Giveaway Period:
The giveaway runs from Monday 2 June 2025 to Friday 27 June 2025, with entries closing each week on Friday at 11:59 PM NZST. No late entries will be accepted. -
Winner Selection:
Winners will be chosen weekly. Weeks 1–3 will be randomly drawn from valid entries. Week 4 winners will be selected based on creativity. Winners will be announced the following Wednesday via our website and/or social media, and contacted directly. -
Entry Conditions:
Entry methods vary each week and will be specified in that week’s post. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified. Limit of one entry per person, per week, per platform. By entering, you consent to your name or business name being publicly announced as a winner. -
Eligibility:
Open only to currently active Crystal Payroll customers, their employees, and partners. Entrants must be affiliated with a business listed in the Crystal Payroll system and must be verifiable. -
Age Requirement:
Entrants must be 18 years or older. Proof of age may be requested. By entering, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and accept these terms. -
Rights Reserved:
Crystal Payroll Ltd. may modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway at any time. We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms. -
Privacy:
Information collected will only be used to administer the giveaway. Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law. -
Use of Entry Data:
By entering, you agree that Crystal Payroll Ltd. may analyse anonymised entry data for internal insights and aggregated marketing purposes. No personal data will be published without your consent. - Acceptance of Terms:By entering this giveaway, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
