That’s why we’re giving away 5 winter pick-me-up boxes filled with cosy treats to enjoy during the colder months.
Each box includes a Devonport Chocolates Spiced Hot Chocolate Kit, featuring their Spiced Hot Chocolate mix, milk chocolate spoons, milk chocolate covered vanilla marshmallow, and a bonus vanilla marshmallow.
We’re also including a pair of The Oodie Cloud Sherpa Socks (size medium) and a Le Creuset Stoneware Coffee Mug in Caribbean Blue for that ultimate cosy hot chocolate experience ☕
How to enter
To enter, simply submit a photo that you’ve taken this winter and tell us a bit about it.
It could be:
- your morning coffee that gets you out of bed on cold mornings
- your pet staying inside away from the rain
- a winter rainy day view
- your favourite winter treat
- anything you’ve taken this winter!
Giveaway details
- Entries open on Wednesday 8 July 2026 and close on Wednesday 22 July 2026.
- The five winners will be randomly drawn, announced and contacted by email on Friday 24 July 2026.
- Open currently active customers, their employees, and partners of Crystal Payroll who are over 18 years of age.

- Every month, one (1) winner will receive a Crystal Payroll subscription up to a value of NZD$500 for one year (“Prize”). The Prize covers the subscription fees up to $500 and excludes administration fees such as history data transfer and training. The Prize cannot be redeemed for cash and is non-transferable.
- Prize commencement and its services will be coordinated directly with the winner via the contact details they provided during entry to the giveaway.
- Entries close promptly at 11:59pm NZST on the last day of each month. No late entries will be accepted.
- Each monthly winner will be personally contacted via the email address provided during entry shortly after their respective draw. All winners will be collectively announced on the Crystal Payroll News page after the entire duration of the event has concluded.
- Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be disqualified from the draw. Limit of one entry per person; duplicate entries from the same individual will be discarded.
- By entering, you agree to the possibility of your name and photo being published as a competition winner within a future edition of Crystal News (our email newsletter), on our website, or on our social media platforms.
- This giveaway is open to both currently active and non currently active customers.
- In the event that a winner is deemed ineligible or unable to accept the prize, they will forfeit their prize and a new winner will be selected in their place.
- Entrants of the giveaway must be 18 years of age or over and may be asked to provide proof of age. By entering the competition, participants affirm that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification.
- Crystal Payroll Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms and Conditions.
- Any personal information collected during the course of this giveaway will be used solely for the purposes of this competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway or as required by law.
- All decisions by Crystal Payroll Ltd. concerning this giveaway are final and binding in all matters relating to this competition.

Eligibility: The giveaway is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who are Crystal Payroll customers, Crystal Payroll partners, or associated with an active Crystal Payroll customer or partner organisation.

Promotion Period: The giveaway opens on Wednesday 8 July 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM NZST on Wednesday 22 July 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must complete the online giveaway form with their full name, company name, email address, and a photo that they’ve taken this winter.

Prize Conditions: Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Prize Substitutions: If any prize item becomes unavailable, Crystal Payroll reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the promotional period. Winners will be announced on the Crystal Payroll News page and Crystal Payroll social media channels on Friday 24 July 2026. Each winner will also be contacted directly via the email address provided on their entry form.

Prize Delivery: Once winners have been selected, each winner will be personally contacted via the email address provided during the form submission. It is the responsibility of each winner to provide accurate contact and delivery address details. Failure to provide a valid delivery address within five (5) business days of being contacted may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Delivery Limitations: Prizes can only be delivered to physical New Zealand addresses. Crystal Payroll is unable to deliver prizes to PO Boxes. Participants in rural areas may experience longer delivery times. By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and accept these delivery limitations.

Winner Publicity: By entering, participants agree that if they are selected as a winner, Crystal Payroll may announce their name and company name on the Crystal Payroll website, news page, newsletters, and social media channels.

Photo Usage: By submitting a photo, participants grant Crystal Payroll permission to use that photo in relation to this giveaway, including on Crystal Payroll’s website, newsletters, and social media channels.

Photo Ownership: Participants must only submit photographs they have taken themselves or have permission to use.

Photo Content: Participants must not submit photos containing confidential information, payroll information, offensive content, or identifiable individuals unless they have obtained permission from those individuals for the photo to be submitted and used by Crystal Payroll.

Right to Reject Entries: Crystal Payroll reserves the right to remove or exclude any entry it considers inappropriate, offensive, incomplete, misleading, fraudulent, or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Privacy: Crystal Payroll will collect and use entrants’ personal information for the purpose of administering this giveaway, contacting winners, delivering prizes, and using submitted photos where consent has been provided.
